Eclipse trip 2010

The purpose of this blog is to keep you informed about my 2010 eclipse trip to French Polynesia.

On 11-July I will be observing the total solar eclipse from the tiny island, or better atol, called Tatakoto from the Tuamotu archipelago in French Polynesia. For this part of my trip I will be joining Astronomical Tours (ICSTARS).

I will try to keep the blog up to date, post some pix if it is feasible, but will be restricted to the available internet access. I have heard it is very expensive over there. Let's see!
